参考书目
关于比较宪法的参考书，在西文中至为繁多，一般读者常感抉择不易。今就各国宪法书中之（甲）含有比较性质者，（乙）专涉一国者，及（丙）汇载宪法正文者，各取若干种，分项记载于后。中文中关于宪法的著作，固甚贫乏，但可供读者参考之用者，亦分别摘记于各项之内。至于讨论宪法上特种问题的专著，本书于讨论各该问题的章节中，大都已经征列，今不赘述。
书前有*为标识者，为内容较富，标准较高，但仍不太艰深之书；对于比较宪法有志求深造的学生，宜逐一购置。书前有†为标识者，为卷帙较小，内容浅显，新近出版的英文或中文书，较合于普通读者的披览能力。
